The Hekatean Community Demographic Survey is something I have put together with the aim of creating a "census-style" snapshot of Hekate's worship as it exists today. The ultimate compilation of (100% anonymous) data will be used in a forthcoming book project.

I will be sharing the survey in a number of relevant places but fully encourage others to share it on to relevant parties and groups who have a strong focus on Hekate and might be willing to take part.
