The Sanctuary's aims include the following primary goals:

 

To facilitate and support a growing community brought together in celebration of the Goddess Hekate in Her many forms and names, helping individuals to find their way along the Paths to Hekate, meeting in fellowship, a spirit of understanding and learning from each other.

To offer both a virtual and physical community, workshops, guidance through divination, ritual and education through sharing of knowledge and experience.

To set our roots in the nourishing soil of the past and from there feed our souls by following our modern experiences to bring us closer to Hekate.

To uphold and promote the application of and adherence to the Covenant of Hekate’s 5 Virtues:

 

COMPASSION

To help ease the physical, mental or emotional pains of other devotees whilst journeying on their Path.

 

COURAGE

To confront danger or intimidation from those who would denigrate the honour and praise of our Goddess and Her followers.

 

TEMPERANC

To persevere with a non-violent and forgiving outlook, restraining from arrogance by employing humility and modesty.

 

JUSTICE

To act from a fair and reasonable stance, whilst adhering to and honouring Hekate’s Ways and those of the Covenant of Hekate.

WISDOM

To think and act using knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense and insight in an unbiased and compassionate way.
